Originally from the UK, I've been on the road since 1996 - living in Macau, Indonesia, UAE, Qatar, Macau (again) Brunei, Philippines, Oman, Thailand and Philippines (again), but now currently settled in Hong Kong.

 

Some unique experiences along the way and it's always family first of course, but I enjoy running, triathlon and travel and combine them all when I can.

 

As a runner, I run as often and as far as I can, but sometimes don't manage either.

As a triathlete, I'm definitely middle of the pack, but I'm consistent and generally get the job done.

​

As a traveller, I'd like to think that I'm a little bit Michael Palin, but I'm probably more Karl Pilkington.
